Third Floor Demolition

To open up the space for the “Parish Hall” type room to come, all the walls had to be knocked out on the third floor.The process began by attaching a chute for all the debris to be removed safely and collected in a construction dumpster located in the service drive. Here’s a few photos – some of the first evidence outside of the building that Phase One has indeed begun.

In order to get all the debris out, a ramp was constructed to dump the material out the window, through the chute, and into the construction dumpster located in the service drive. Here’s a few photos.

While the photos above show portions of the third floor with the walls still up, here are some pictures of the space as the most significant portion of the demolition is winding down.
